Eurospec is now offering 020 transmissions for the MK2 and MK3 Golf/Jetta with both standard and taller gear sets. With rising fuel prices becoming a concern, this tall box transmission is an excellent choice for those who wish to improve fuel efficiency, especially at highway cruising speeds.

Our transmission has identical 1st and 2nd gearing as a standard 020, but taller 3rd, 4th, and 5th gears:

Eurospec offers a replacement transmission for the 02K model used in many VW, Seat, and Skoda passenger cars. These transmissions are assembled with a larger and stronger crown gear to differential rivets, designed to prevent the breakage of these rivets and resulting damage to the transmission.

We have also incorporated a dual synchronizer assembly for 1st and 2nd gears. This increases ease of operation and the lifespan of the synchronizers.

In addition to our complete transmissions, we now offer the clutch housing for the 02K gearbox. Designed to fit all 02K codes, our housing is shipped complete, ready to set-up and install.

Including with the clutch housing are:

• Pinion, differential, and input shaft bearings
• Side flange and input shaft seals
